Shading problem with point lamp
Good evening,
It has been a while since I have been on here. I hope everyone is well.
I am having problems stopping a point lamp from showing through materials even though I have shadows on. I do not have the problem with the other lamp types.
When I try to block the light with a plane, the light still goes through and lights objects on the other side.
Any ideas? I have not used a point lamp before.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Scooter
Update: I found that setting the soft size higher than one made it do that. Not sure why.
