I think I found a bug Empty I think I found a bug

I've been fiddling with text on a curve and have found that it's next to impossible to get it to work as expected (2.69). Can anyone verify this? I've tried it on slightly older versions with no trouble... but on the current version I can't even scale a curve circle without first going into edit mode.

Meh, as usual I jumped the gun! I actually found a bug in my workflow. Problem solved... move along... nothing to see here.
