Lots of Add ons disabled
HI , My name is Wayne Whitmore I live in Australia and I have joined your forum after starting out using Blender.
Could someone tell me why there are so many add-os disabled by default. Should I go through and enable them all?
thanks.

Re: Lots of Add ons disabled
Hi Wayne!
Welcome to Blender World!
Sorry for the somewhat late answer.
The reason (I think) for not having all the addons active by default is, that too many add-ons clutter up the gui
My best advice is to select the add-ons you use on a regular basis, and save them in your startup file. You might have different setups for animation, modelling etc.
cheers
