Delineated Surface Generation in Blender

I have been woking with a joined, cyclical bezier loop of bezier curves.

-I want to generate the internal, equivalent "parsimonious" surface for my loop in 3D.
How may I do that, for bezier edges?

-Is there an automatic way to do this for a whole series of points on mesh point edges, instead of just just joining
points into triangle, quadrilaterals or further polygons?

-If there are relevant plugins required, how do I obtain them? Are they listed on the updated, internal plugins list
within blender there?
