render settings for lcd tv
Good evening,
I use a Vizio lcd tv for my computer monitor and when I render an image using Blender presets for tv or HDV NTSC 1080p the image gets squished horizontally like it did on my old crt type computor monitor. I thought those would show proper on a tv. Is it doing that because I am using the tv as a pc monitor. I do know that old crt computor monitors had square pixels. When I play a dvd movie made for television on this pc the image is correct, but it is running in movie playing software, perhaps that is why.
Any suggestions? Please let me know, because I want this animation to play proper on televison dvd player when it is rendered.
Thanks,
Scooter
