How to I turn a complex model from hollow to solid for a 3D crystal engraving
In the last couple of months I familiarized myself with blender, which made me very proud, that I was able to come up with a complex model which is supposed to be used for a 3D crystal engraving business. Naturally, as I am not a pro, I most likely used a lot of walk arounds and have probably used design methods, any pro would have done simpler, easier and more effective and with a lot less gaps.
But for me, optically I am happy with it in blender solid view and render but after I had it thoroughly analysed by blender I found a lot of gaps loose geometry, faces, thin faces etc. etc. , I tried various programs and found out that the archtecture is not really solid for printing. I will not be able to eliminate all gaps the blender analysis came up with but don`t really have to for my purposes.
I uploaded it into 123Design in order to find out, how the point cloud would look and most objects are hollow and the laser would most likely print the whole geometry behind every building.
I am not familiar, how to turn an object from hollow to solid. I tried to look it up on google but could not really find any information, for me to understand. I am aware of the fact that this is probably a lot of work but willing to invest the time and efforts if it is doable, considering my limited knowledge.
Attached links to the blender solid view of the model and the Autodesk 123Design print preview. Considering that this model is supposed to be lasered into glass blocks, it would probably not be coming out.

Any help is highly appreciated.
