Hello (:
It's been a while since I posted anything and I thought I'd share my latest painting with you.

I'm organizing monthly challenges inside my college, and this months' subject was Pokemon.

Looks cool! So, how long does something like this normally take you? If, for instance, you were able to sit down without interruption?

Neato, Gabriel--I like the texture you were able to achieve. Smile

I'm really getting into 2D art lately, so this was cool to see--thanks for sharing!

Amazing! Any particular reason you chose Seaking?

Woops, I thought I already replied to this but apparently I didn't submit it Rolling Eyes
Thank you, and I'd love to post more 2d stuff but all the 'completed' pieces are concept art for future projects I'd like to do, and I don't feel too comfortable putting them up online yet, but I will!
There's been some things going on, but I'll try to be more active again now that stuff is balancing itself back Smile

It happens that on these challenges, topics tend to be epic and a huge undertaking and such... Say, everyone wants to make a medieval hero fighting an anti-matter pirate in space, or something of the sort.
And with Pokemon, I thought everyone was going to make Mewtwo, Articuno, etc... So I decided to choose a 'lame' pokemon, I like koi fishes, and the colour scheme I thought of appealed me enough to push myself to do it haha Smile
